In accordance with Danish laws, the Customer has 14 days from the time of the Order Confirmation to cancel his or her purchase and get a refund. In case the Customer wishes to make use of his or her right to cancel the purchase, the Customer MUST:
· Uninstall any software which was licensed in the transaction which is cancelled, and
· Destroy all copies of any software licensed in the cancelled transaction, and
· Never again use any license key issued in the cancelled transaction.
Cancelling may be done simply by emailing jbk@e-3bm.com with a note saying you wish to make use of your right to cancel, and provide the order ID.
You will receive a full refund within 30 days of your notice of cancellation.
Companies and Institutions DO NOT have this right to 14 days of cancellation notice.

Our responsibilities
3BM is responsible for any card transactions you as the Customer make on this website. 3BM is also responsible for any customer care you might need in connection with your purchase, any cancellations, returns, refunds, or other aspects of any purchases you might make on our website.
Payment methods
You can pay with a variety of credit cards, including Visa, Visa Electron (if your card issuer has approved Internet purchases), and Mastercard.
Order Confirmation
A binding contract between 3BM and the Customer has not been entered until the Customer receives an Order Confirmation from Emergence Consult.
A copy of the Order Confirmation is not kept by 3BM e-Shop after it has been delivered to the Customer via email.
Prices, Currencies, and Contract Language
All prices are inclusive of 25% Danish VAT (Value Added Tax). The Customer has a choice of currency between US Dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), and Danish Kroner (DKK).
The price given at the time the order is made is the price the Customer will pay, regardless of whether the price on the website rises or falls in the interim between the time of the order and the time of delivery.
All Contracts are entered in English.
Companies and Institutions
Companies and Institutions who are registered in another country than Denmark may wish to make use of their right to avoid paying 25% Danish VAT. In order to make use of this right, please DO NOT purchase via the e-Shop. Instead, email jbk@e-3bm.com with your wishes, and we will get back to you soon.
Companies from within the EU who have a valid EU tax number will be asked to provide this number. This number will be checked for validity. Other companies and Institutions will be asked to provide a website address at which their identity and validity can be verified.
Once we have validated your identity, we will inform you whether you can avoid paying 25% Danish Sales Tax.
Export Control Regulations
The product may be subject to export controls, and the delivery is therefore subject to the granting of the export authorisation required.
